How to Raise a Complaint
Last updated: October 2026
We want every homeowner who reaches Excellentequally Heating & Air to be treated fairly and honestly. If something went wrong, please let us know. This page explains how to raise a concern and what happens afterward. It is a general template and is not legal advice.
What You Can Tell Us About
You can contact us about any of these:
- Your experience when calling or contacting Excellentequally Heating & Air
- How your personal information was handled
- Anything on this website that seems unclear or wrong
- The conduct of a provider we connected you with
If the Issue Is With a Provider
Providers in our network are independent businesses. They answer for their own estimates, pricing, equipment, warranties, work and customer service. If you are unhappy with work done in your home, the usual first step is to raise it with the provider directly and keep a written record.
We still want to hear about it. Feedback on providers helps keep our network honest, and providers who repeatedly fall short of our expectations may be removed from it. Please know that Excellentequally Heating & Air cannot settle contract disputes, handle warranty claims, issue refunds for a provider's work or make decisions for a provider.
Sending Your Complaint
Email contact@excellentequally.property and include:
- Your name and a way to reach you
- The date you contacted us or the provider
- The phone number you called or the form you used, if you remember
- The provider's name, if you know it
- A clear account of what happened and what outcome you hope for
After You Write
We will confirm receipt by email, usually within a few business days. Then we will look into what happened, which may include contacting the provider. After that, we will reply with what we found and any steps we are taking.
If You Are Still Unhappy
If our reply does not settle things, you can respond and ask us to take another look. You may also reach out to your state's consumer protection office or attorney general, or to your local Better Business Bureau. For problems with HVAC contractors, your state's contractor or mechanical licensing board may also be able to help.
